Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female 18 years and above with an intake of PPIs for more than 4 weeks and suggested for the Vitamin B12 testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No acute systemic illness requiring frequent treatment
