Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students of class 10th of any gender those who are fulfilling the criteria of stress will be selected and screening will be done with modified perceived stress scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with known psychiatric disorders. (2) Children with gross damage causing mental retardation. (3) Children with known intellectual disability. (4) Those who donâ??t want to be a part of the study.
