Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COVID positive/suspected patient No improvement in Respiratory Distress Tachypnea (RR >30/min) Poor oxygenation (PaO2 :FiO2 ratio Altered sensorium / shock/convulsion on ABG PaO2 60 Age >15 and Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: COVID negative patient Patient with Nil mouth opening Age 90 years of age Patient with airway pathology(oral, pharyngeal, laryngeal carcinoma
