Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COVID-19 positive / suspected patients ARDS confirmed based on Berlin criteria 2012 Acute onset of respiratory symptoms B/L Chest X-Ray opacities not explained by effusion, cardiac failure, lobar collapse. PaO2/FiO2 ratio > 200 mm Hg Age: 30 â?? 80 years BMI Fio2 requirement > 50 % on room air

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: COVID-19 negative patients Drowsy patient Un co-operative Glassgow Coma Scale PaO2/FiO2 BMI > 30 kg/m2 Age 80 years Cervical spondylosis Glaucoma Pregnancy
