Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HCM patients who are above 18 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate 2. Patients with Renal failure 3. Patients who had IHD, revascularisation 4. Hypertensive Patients 5. Post PTSMA 6. Post surgical procedure 7. Aortic Stenosis of more than mild severity
