Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complain about pain behind the neck (in the area of trapezius) Radiating pain to the upper limbs Numbness and weakness in arms, hands and fingers Muscle spasms in neck and shoulders Osteophyte formation Lhermitteâ??s sign and Spurlingâ??s test - Positive Shoulder abduction pain relief sign - Positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical rib Trauma Spina bifida Ankylosing spondylitis Malignancy Pregnancy and Lactation Cardiac disease Fracture Adhesive capsulitis Carpal tunnel syndrome

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain reduction is evidenced by pain assessment scale (visual analogue scale), Neck disability index and Range of Motion Timepoint: 21 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome is assessed by comparing the safety parameters before and after treatment.Timepoint: 21 days
