Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I / II Age 18-60 years of either sex Patients for elective surgery with indication for nasotracheal intubation Patients with adequate mouth opening of 2 fingers or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Modified Mallampatti class III or IV Bleeding disorder Patient with non patent nasal cavity Any history of nasal trauma and surgery Cervical spine instability Base of skull fracture Risk of gastric aspiration
