Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Police personnel having at least one month of COVID-19 pandemic related duty. 2.Age 21 to 50 years 3.Perceived stress scale score 14 and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Practiced Yoga in last 3 months 2.Underwent recent surgery
