Interventions

Intervention1: Triozone: 1 ml of trio zone mixed with 4 ml of normal saline given 3 times a day from nasal route . a cumulative 5ml single dose is used for nebulisation by nasal route once a day .

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All newly diagnosed patients Not requiring mechanical ventilation on oxygen therapy Tolerating hydrogen peroxide nebuliser Consenting patients On same treatment protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not giving consent Patient not tolerating nebulization

MeasureTime frame
Proportion of patients who turned negative on RT-PCR for for nCOV for two consecutive days.Timepoint: 6 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Worsening of patient who turned negative on RT-PCR for nCoV for two consecutive days Patients remain positive even after 5 days of adequate nebulisation Patients showing any manifestation of ADR to izonized hydrogen peroxide.Timepoint: 6 MONTH
