Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who has tested positive for SARS CoV2 done through RT- PCR (reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction) 2.Patients with mild to moderate disease symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients on treatment for mental illness 2.Any other severe illness 3.Pregnancy and lactating women 4. Practiced Yoga in last 3 months
