Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cancer patients posted for surgery. Availability to receive phone calls with video facility and access to internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any severe cognitive limitation that prevents the necessary interaction to carry out this study Refusal to participate

Physician satisfaction with tele preanesthesia consultation versus face to face preanaesthesia consultation- In terms of video and audio quality, comprehension of the conversation, thoroughness of the information obtained pertaining to history, examination and investigations, and recommending telemedicine for future consultations on a scale ranging from 1-10.Timepoint: Will be assesses immediately after doing pre anaesthetic check up. Physician satisfaction with tele preanesthesia consultation versus face to face preanaesthesia consultation- In terms of video and audio quality, comprehension of the conversation, thoroughness of the information obtained pertaining to history, examination and investigations, and recommending telemedicine for future consultations on a scale ranging from 1-10.	—
