Inclusion criteria: 1.Recovered COVID-19 positive patients, tested virologically positive (RT-PCR) since the declaration of pandemic in India 2.Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate by patient, parent or guardian.

1.Information about clinical course of disease etc. Timepoint: One time.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Clinical outcome as per WHO 8 point ordinal scale 2.Intake of AYUSH prophylaxis 3.Assessment of risk factors for disease 4.Time to recovery. 5.Days of hospital stay. 6.Quality of life Timepoint: One time.
