Intervention1: Diclofenac sodium transdermal patch: diclofenac sodium transdermal patch 100mg will be used for three consecutive day for postoperative pain control following periodontal flap surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with chronic periodontitis and in need of periodontal flap surgery after phase 1 therapy. patient willing to give signed and written informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient allergic to diclofenac and ketoprofen Patient with history of systemic disease Patient having peptic ulcer History of liver or kidney disease Abuse of drugs, smoking and alcohol Pregnant/ lactating femal
