Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Confirmed Covid19 patient with RT-PCR b)non invasively ventilated and hemodynamically stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Patientâ??s refusal b)Patientâ?? with impending respiratory failure c)Immediate need for intubation(PaO2/FiO2 d)Any condition which impedes giving lateral position.(like fracture).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in Oxygenation status( SpO2 from pulse oximetry and pO2 and other parameter from ABG)Timepoint: at Baseline(supine position) at 1 hour(after lateral position)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in hemodynamic parameter. Occurance of any side effects. Timepoint: 1) On oxygenation will be noted from SpO2 by pulse oxymetry and hemodynamic parameters at 5 minute upto 15 minutes and every 15 minute interval for initial 1 hour. Occurrence of any side effects during lateral position within one hour
