Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To assess patterns of utilization of telemedicine at a tertiary care centre 2. To assess patient satisfaction and with the use of telemedicine Full enumeration of patients who accessed telemedicine and answered an online survey regarding telemedicine between March to May 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No exclusion criteria. Full enumeration of patients who accessed telemedicine and answered an online survey regarding telemedicine between March to May 2020 will be included.
