Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of all age group and both sexes. Patients irrespective of ethnic group, socio economic status and occupation will be considered. All cases that fit into Romes criteria. Patients complying regular follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with the symptoms other than Romes criteria. Patients presenting with any pathological abnormality (in investigations).
