Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 14-35years old, with confirmed clinical diagnosis of Aggressive Periodontitis. Sites with probing depth >= 5mm. Severe periodontal destruction, consisting of clinical attachment loss >=5mm in at least 2-3sites. Consenting patients who are co-operative and ready for regular follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on antibiotic therapy in previous six months. Patients who have undergone any periodontal therapy in last 6months. Smokers Pregnant/ lactating women Alcoholic patients
