Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-85 years of age. 2.Mentally alert and are able to understand Marathi / Hindi/ English. 3.Undergoing planned endoscopy investigation for the first time. 4.Those who all are willing to participate in the study. 5.Those who all are available at the time of data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Who are not willing to participate 2.emergency upper GI endoscopy 3.Repeat endoscopy
