Inclusion criteria: Bladder tumor size less than 3 cms Number of lesions less than 3 Tumor confined to bladder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Carcinoma in situ -upper urinary tract tumors -more than 3 cms in size -more than 3 in number
