Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All patients with age between twenty to sixty five year of age group 2)all type of chronic wounds in diabetic patients with wound size more than six cm in height and width and more than two cm in depth 3)Patients giving consent for vaccum therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Nondiabetic Patients 2)wound with size of less than six cm height and width and less than two cm depth 3)Patients with underlying osteomyelitis 4)Exposed arteries or veins or varicosity 5) Malignacy within wound 4)Malignancy within wounds 5)Dry gangrene 6)Wounds resulting from electrical,chemical, or radiation burns and those with collagen vascular disease
