Inclusion criteria: All pregnant females with a low lying placenta diagnosed on TVS between 16-24 weeks of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy Fibroid uterus Preeclampsia Preexisting diabetes Foetal malformation
