Inclusion criteria: All patients with obstructive hydrocephalus aged 16-60 years posted for ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Hydrocephalus secondary to infectious etiology 3.Ocular injuries
