Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with history of CAD or ACS with age > 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will not provide informed consent 2. Patients who had known hematological malignancies/Who have received chemotherapy or Radiotherapy

Recognition of the strong link between CHIP and cardiovascular events will expand our understanding of residual risk and will open up new avenues of investigation and therapeutic modalities that promise to provide insight into the pathophysiology, treatment modalities, and complications of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases.Timepoint: 4 to 6 months

Identification of these mutations as a risk factor would also help in identifying new approaches to risk stratification and targets for therapy.Timepoint: 4 months
