Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with history of CAD or ACS with age > 18
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will not provide informed consent 2. Patients who had known hematological malignancies/Who have received chemotherapy or Radiotherapy
