Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Outpatients 1. Between the age of 18-45 years 2. Diagnosed with Schizophrenia (F20-29) or BPAD (F30-39) or schizo-affective disorder (F25) as per ICD-10 classification of mental disorders. 3. On the same antipsychotics for a minimum duration of three months and above. 4. Having waist circumference below 40 inch for men and 35 inch for female. 5. BMI less than equal to 28.5 Kg/meter squire 6. Accompanied by the family caregivers 7. Those who read, speak and understand Hindi, English, Bengali and Odia. Family caregivers 1. Staying with the patients for six months and more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Outpatients 1. With file diagnosis of metabolic syndrome 2. Diagnosed with intellectual disability. 3. Diagnosed with chronic neurological conditions. 4. Diagnosed with chronic orthopaedic conditions. The family caregivers 1. With intellectual disability. 2. With any sensory deficits
