Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)ASA 1 and ASA2 2)Age group 1-7years 3)Patients scheduled for elective surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Parent refusal 2) Children with upper airway disease 3)Allergy to drug under study. 4)Patients with any intranasal pathology. 5)Children with any congenital abnormality
