Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with renal calculi undergoing Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus. 1)Pyrexia prior to procedure 2)Renal failure 3)Patients with a stent, nephrostomy tube or indwelling catheter 4)Contralateral renal and ureteric calculus

To compare the efficacy among mid-stream urine, pelvic urine and stone culture and sensitivity as a better predictor of post PCNL sepsis in terms of developing SIRS and septic shock. To compare sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values among three different culture and sensitivities. To assess the most common organism causing urosepsis. Timepoint: Pre operative intra operative post operative till discharge
