Inclusion criteria: All the Health professionals from Nursing homes/ District hospitals who are willing to participate in the study.

1.Monitoring of antibiotic usage trends 2.Assessment of Nurses on Infection control practices 3.Availability of Alcohol based hand rubs, ratio of beds to Hospital infection Control nurses 4.Assessment of doctors on AMSP practices 5.Implementation of Monitoring and reporting system for surgical site and blood stream infection 6.
