Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Patients with primary mild hypertension (ranging between systolic pressure 140 to 159 mmHg and /or diastolic pressure 90 to 99 mmHg). 2- Age between 28 to 65 years 3- Male/Female/Irrespective gender 4- Chronicity of disease up to 10 year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Physiological Status 1- Patients below 28 and above 65 years of age. 2- Pregnancy and lactation. 3- Menstruation and postpartum hemorrhage. Pathological Status 4- Secondary Hypertension. 5- Moderate and Severe Hypertension. 6- Diabetes Mellitus. 7- History of bleeding disorders. 8- Anemia. 9- Bleeding piles. 10- Chronic renal failure and liver failure. 11- History of Myocardial infarction and Ischemic Heart Disease. 12- Bronchial Asthma and COPD. 13- HIV and/ or HbsAg positive.
