Intervention1: Bleomycin: Intralesional Injection of Bleomycin will be given at a concentration of 1 IU per ml saline with 2% lignocaine at a ratio of 4:1. Total dose of bleomycin injecting would be 2

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 1 year of age Periocular low flow venous malformation Periocular lymphangioma Periocular cavernous hemangioma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High flow vascular lesions Patients who are not willing to give consent Patients not willing for follow up Patients with impaired lung function Pregnant and lactating women

Decrease in the size of the lesion or complete resolutionTimepoint: Evaluation done on post injection day 1, one week, one month and 3 months
