Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 4-8 years Frankel (+), (++) Primary mandibular molars indicated for pulpectomy. Minimum of 2/3rd of root remaining Restorable teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non restorable teeth. Perforation in pulpal floor. Excessive tooth mobility. Internal or external root resorption. Teeth with sinus tract, abscess

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare Pediatric rotary system versus conventional system for pulpectomy of primary mandibular molars .Timepoint: Radiographic assessment immediately after treatment and post-operative pain assessment at 6,12,24,48,72 hours and at 1 week interval at 1 week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Comparison of time taken during instrumentation between three groups. 2. Comparison of procedural instrumentation errors between three groups. 3. Comparison of quality of obturation between three groups. 4. Comparison of post operative pain between three groups. Timepoint: radiographic assessment during and after treatment, clinical assessment at 6,12,24,48,72 hour and at 1 week interval
