Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing TORS for oral cavity pathologies. 2. ASA category I and II 3. Age 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing Robotic assisted ENT surgeries for other than oral cavity cancers. 2. ASA category III and above.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate Haemodynamic changes to FE Retractor insertionTimepoint: baseline, at intubation , at retractor insertion , at interval of 5 mins upto 30 mins amd then at interval of 10 mins till end of surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Any other Complications, MAC increase during Retractor insertion and Post Retractor insertionTimepoint: following intubation an retractor insertion every 5 minutes and every 10 mins after 1retractor insertion till end of surgery
