Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females Age >= 18 years History of mastectomy Developed neuropathic pain in the axilla, upper arm, or lateral chest wall > 6 months after surgery Pain score >= 4 on the numerical rating scale(NRS) on a daily basis Restriction of Range of Motion (ROM) of the ipsilateral shoulder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congenital abnormalities of the Shoulder joint Clinical evidence of adhesive capsulitis Myofascial trigger points or cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy are the cause. Contraindication or History of adverse reaction to anesthetic agents or corticosteroids. History of intervention or surgery for treatment of Post Mastectomy Pain Syndrome Abnormality near target injection site Untreated cutaneous infection, systemic illness, or immunocompromised state History of bleeding tendency or use of anticoagulants. Patientâ??s refusal. Improvement of neuropathic pain with conservative managements.
