Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients of age group 35-50 years with 1. Duration of diabetes more than 5 years 2. Aging Males Symptoms Questionnaire Score more than 37 (Moderate to severe symptoms of androgen deficiency)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged less than 35 and more than 50 years. 2. Patients with other endocrine diseases such as hypothyroidism, Cushingâ??s syndrome. 3. Patients with known causes of hypogonadism other than diabetes. 4. Patients on testosterone or steroid therapy. 5. Patients with chronic liver or kidney disease. 6. Patients with testicular tumors.

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the prevalence of andropause in male patients with type II Diabetes mellitus of age group 35-50 years. Timepoint: Less than or equal to one year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate the levels of testosterone with the duration of diabetes. Timepoint: Less than or equal to one year;To estimate the prevalence of frailty syndrome in male patients with type II diabetes of age group 35-50 years.Timepoint: Less than or equal to one year
