Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregiver more than 18 years Blood relative who has been live with patient for 1 month. Adult caregiver whose patient is diagnosed with heart failure more than 1 year. Being seen at the clinic for a routine heart failure clinic appointment. NYHA Class I, II, III and IV visiting the HF clinic. Who can understand Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paid caregiver Caregivers with mental illnesses or cognitive impairment (medical records). Care givers with co-morbidities that are diagnosed as chronic disease, such as stroke, dementia, cancer, diabetes, and mental health disorders. Caregivers with hearing impairment.
