Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 1year -18yrs 2) Severe pneumonia at the time of admission to PICU 3) Not requiring invasive ventilation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Known chronic respiratory and cardiac diseases 2) Human immunodeficiency virus infection 3) Known chronic gastro oesophageal reflux disease
