Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female health workers employed as accredited social health activists (ASHA) in the villages under the 8 chosen centres 2. Health workers living within a radius of 40kms from the identified health centres

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Pregnant health workers ii. Health workers unwilling/unable to provide written informed consent. iii. Health workers with terminal illnesses
