Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in Shoulder joints Stiffness or heaviness of shoulder muscles History of Diabetes mellitus Patient who are willing to attend OPD and admission in IPD and give blood samples for the laboratory investigation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma on shoulder joint or surgery tuberculosis ac Acromioclavicular arthritis Parkinsons disease cardiovascular disease congenital anomalies pregnant and lactating women skin disease other serious systemic illness
