Intervention1: Psychological counselling: 45 adult patients with chronic low back ache will receive group counselling sessions every week for 5 weeks at least along with medical management and physiot

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Chronic low back pain for more than three months without neurological deficit. 2 They are able to attend counselling sessions, once weekly for 5 weeks atleast.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Mental retardation, psychotic symptoms and symptoms which can create difficulty in being interviewed. 2 Participants with a pathological cause of low back pain, such as: infection, neoplasm, metastasis, rheumatoid arthritis, fractures, and neurological deficit
