Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Confirmed Covid19 patient with RT-PCR b) Hospitalized spontaneously breathing, non inubated covid19 patient on Oxygen therapy with NIV or NRBM c) Age group 18 to 60 years .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patientâ??s refusal b) Sign of Respiratory fatigue(RR >40/min, PaCO2 >50 mm hg, PH c) Immediate need for intubation(PaO2/FiO2 d) Hemodynamically unstable patient. e) Recent abdominal surgery f) Lumber spine lordosis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Oxygenation status from spo2 from pulse oximetre and pao2 and fio2 ratio from arterial blood gas analysis.Timepoint: at Baseline(in supine position), at 1 hour (after prone position) at 3 hour (after prone position)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic parameters and any side effectsTimepoint: Hemodynamic parameters noted during prone position at 2 minute upto 10 minutes,at 5 min and every 15 minute interval for initial 1 hour and then hourly interval till patient will turn to supine or max 3 hours, whichever will be first
