Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients undergoing endotracheal intubation before elective surgery, using aerosol prevention box.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years and more than 80 years 2. Pregnant ladies 3. Intubations in emergency surgeries 4. Obese patients who donââ?¬•t fit inside the aerosol prevention box.
