Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for orofacial cancer surgeries requiring nasal intubation who fall under following criteria; 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class Iâ??III 2. Age 18â??70 years 3. El Ganzouri risk index (EGRI â?? total) between 1 â?? will be included in our study. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA IV patients, 2. Patients with mouth opening 3. Patients with hyperkalemia, 4. Patients with history or family history of malignant hyperthermia, 5. Patients with facial trauma
