Health Condition 1: K120- Recurrent oral aphthae

Interventions

Intervention1: Triphaladi kwath : 1. Triphaladi Kwath Route of administration : orally Dose : 24 ml two times a day Duration : 30 days. 2. Triphaladi Kwath Kavala Dose : 40 â?? 60 ml two times

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmation of clinical diagnosis of RAS. 2. Having a history of regularly recurring oral ulcers with atleast one episode per month. 3. Two week wash out period after the last treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any systemic disease. 2. Taking medications affecting oral ulcers (eg. Steroid). 3. Having chronic oral mucosal disease like lichen planus, Pemphigus vulgaris etc. 4. Having allergies to food or any content of the medications. 5. Pregnancy and breast feeding.
