Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the first attempt success rates of arterial cannulation using the conventional palpatory method between the Dorsalis Pedis Artery and the Posterior Tibial ArteryTimepoint: Immidiatly after attempting arterial cannulation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1)Number of attempts taken for successful cannulation 2)Time taken for successful cannulation(T1) 3)Incidences of complications like digital ischaemia, thrombosis, haemmorhage and haematoma formation, infection, abnormal skin colour, or neurologic examinations Timepoint: 1)Immidiately after succesful intraarterial cannulation 2)Immidiately after confirming succesful arterial cannulation 3)upto fifth post operative day
