Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between 20 and 60 years diagnosed with painful bladder syndrome by NIDDK criteria, who do not have active infection or other confounding diagnosis such as stone disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy,known drug allergy, failure to give consent, failure to complete treatment of follow up
