Intervention1: Punarnava Ghanavati: Punarnava Ghanavati 500mg twice a day orally for 3 months with water along with conventional treatment to be given in the patient of CKD.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmed cases of CKD with raised microalbuminuria. Patients of CKD having GFR less than 90ml/min; serum creatinine not more than 15mg%. proteinuria not more than 300 mg/day. CKD patient with HTN, DM, thyroid illness are to be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients excluded from inclusion criteria are excluded.
