Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who give informed consent for participation in the study. 2. Patients with symptomatic WON (Pain requiring daily analgesics, gastric outlet obstruction, extrahepatic biliary obstruction, infection) 3. WON having > 20% solid debris 4. Amenable for EUS guided drainage 5. Patient affording for metal stent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with prior radiological/endoscopic or surgical intervention. 2. Patients age 3. Patient underwent Billroth II surgery, gastric bypass surgery, 4. Patient with thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy (platelet 1.5) 5. Patient having asymptomatic WON 6. WON not amenable for EUS guided drainage
