Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of WON who have undergone EUS guided transmural drainage with metal stents 2.Patients having resolved WON and having DPDS on magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP)/Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) 3.Giving informed consent and willing to follow up regularly

Exclusion criteria: 1.Underlying chronic pancreatitis 2.Underlying pancreatic malignancy
