Intervention1: Endotracheal intubation with direct laryngoscope and I-GEL insertion: After induction of patient and giving neuromuscular block patients airway is secured with either endotracheal tube

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing elective surgery aged between 18-60yrs, MPG1and2, ASA1 and 2 and patients willing to participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of respiratory problems, angina, palpitation, syncopal attacks, baseline heart rate <60 /min, baseline systolic pressure <100 mmhg, hepatic and reanal problems, regurgitation prone conditions, predetermined difficult airway and history of difficult intubation
