Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Pregnant women with previous one caesarean section undergoing repeat caesarean at term Pfannenstiel/ Midline vertical abdominal skin scar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous classical uterine incision Previous laparotomy/laparoscopy/Myomectomy Immunosuppressed individual (HIV, Long term corticosteroid therapy) Placenta previa, morbidly adherent placenta Known endometriosis Known Connective tissue disorders
