Intervention1: Fire Cupping: Patients will be subjected to the HijÄ?ma NÄ?riya, from one day before to three days after the onset of menstrual cycle, HijÄ?ma NÄ?riya will be started below the umbilicu

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically and/or radiologically diagnosed patients of primary dysmenorrhea both unmarried and married between the age group of 13-38 years. 2. Patients with regular painful menstrual cycles i.e. 21-35 days with one or more associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, low backache, diarrhea, fatigue. 3. Pain associated with dysmenorrhea not less than 5 on Visual Analogue Scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic pathologies like endometriosis, uterine polyp or PID. •H/o of hormonal treatment (OCPs) within last two months. 2. Any coexisting severe systemic disease.
